A thought leader on workplace mental health, Kayleigh is Head of Operations at Wisdom Wellbeing. Launched in July 2024, Wisdom Wellbeing brings Health Assured's industry-leading EAP support to Australian businesses as part of the Group's global strategy to provide overall support to SME's, building better businesses and healthier workforces.
Prior to that, Kayleigh had full responsibility for the management and development of the occupational health teams at the UK and Ireland’s leading mental health and wellbeing provider. She oversaw the clinical management and governance of the organisation’s wider network of affiliate counsellors and wellbeing practitioners and managed Health Assured’s trauma and wellbeing provisions.
Kayleigh is a qualified Mental Health First Aider, and a regular guest speaker at industry-leading webinars and events. Her knowledge of mental health in the workplace is highly sought after.
